Coffee and Regrets

I met up with MuslimUnity to discuss a speech I’m supposed to be giving at her event, entitled Dialogue Series at the University of Ottawa. So been working on my speech, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to deliver the speech. MU and I met up at Tim Horton’s here in Ottawa – I dosed off and decided to graffiti my notebook as usual, she wasn’t impressed at all – but she was kind enough to hold up the paper for a photo shoot.

The past couple of days have been slow round heerree. Been doing laundry, and getting myself settled here, doing laundry is hectic, and every time I do laundry I mess up something, put the wrong colours, like whites with red/greens/yellow – I have mixed my colours so much that they are acquainted by now, and nothing got messed this time around. Since I’ve came back to Ottawa, I have been active, yesterday I went to the gym with the nucca's for an hour or so, than we went swimming – they‘re too active people in Ottawa lately. Sadly, I had a smoke the other day, but I'm still trying, coffee is helping.

A few days ago, while on the highway it started hailing, I felt like I was driving a tank with bullets from every direction. Couldn’t the get the window to clear, it foggy – So the heat had to be turned on, and it was already hot – weird weather conditions.
